Three years ago, I wrote a column for a magazine about hiding my psychiatric disability because I feared for my job in higher education. Three years later, disability, in particular, mental health, became a regular beat of mine, and I’ve written essays and columns all over, often on the intersection of mental health and higher ed in particular.
