Sometimes when things seem blissful and idyllic, you can still struggle to do the work you need to do. I know that I, for one, have been sitting here lately, post-holidays, struggling to figure out why I can’t write the essays and columns that used to come to me so easily. It’s not like things are hard around here right now. Things just feel like a haul.
